On 28 June 1913 the Turkish troops entered Thrace in violation of the Peace Treaty of London which delineated the Midia-Enos borderline and accomplished genocide against the Bulgarian population, ruined and destroyed hundreds of Bulgarian villages from which they expelled and robbed the population of their property which has never been compensated until now, a hundred years later.
